    • May 31 : Deadline of official entry (Submission deadline of Initial Registration Form)
    • July 20: Submission deadline of all participants’ information (Full Name, Sex)
    • August 10: Submission deadline of all participants’ passport numbers and a copy of each passport

    • August 29: Submission deadline of the manuscript for official guidebook and system declaration form
